Exhibition and Poster Announcement of Taste Sensing Technology was made at the AAPS 2010
Annual Meeting and Exposition.

Higuchi Inc. and Higuchi USA introduced Taste Sensing System TS-5000Z at the AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition 2010 which was held in New Orleans, U.S.A. from November 14th to the 18th.
This was a collaborated presentation with Intelligent Sensor Technology, the manufacturer of this system.
Though this unique technology was first introduced to the North American Food Industries at IFT2010 in Chicago, AAPS was the first introduction to the North American pharmaceutical industries.
The Taste Sensing System TS-5000Z was recognized as a very useful and necessary analytical equipment to measure the taste of Pediatric medicine and Un-Known API.
Also, evaluation of bitter taste masking effects without human taste sensitivity test will seriously assist the R&D researchers to develop the improved compliance with non-bitter drug.
AAPS 2011 will be held in Washington DC from October 23, and we have decided to exhibit Taste Sensing Technology again.
We believe that this technology will be well recognized in North American market and help the pharmaceutical researchers in the near future.
