	Higuchi Oil Company Ltd. was established by Yujiro Higuchi 1927 and started business as an importer and distributor of petroleum-related products.
	Introduced to Japan methacrylic products of Röhm & Haas GmbH, West Germany (renamed Röhm GmbH in 1971).
	Introduced to Japan Röhm Pharma GmbH's film coating based for pharmaceuticals. Also started import and distribution of fluidized-bed granulating and coating machines of Glatt GmbH, West Germany.
	Licensed to Okawara Mfg.Co.,Ltd. the fluidized-bed granulating machine from Glatt, West Germany.
	Signed an agreement with Freund Industry Co., Ltd. for the distribution of pharmaceutical manufacturing machines.
	Yokohama Office was closed,and consolidated with the Head Office,which was moved from Marunouchi to Shinagawa. Higuchi Industries Ltd. was established in Hong Kong. Higuchi (China) Ind. Ltd. was established in Guandong, China.
	The current president of Higuchi Inc, Yasunori Ohama assumed the presidency.
	The U.S.A. Branch was established in Dallas, Texas. Started import and distribution of gelatin capsules of Su-Heung Capsule Co., Ltd., Korea.
	Started import and distribution of yeast extracts of DHW GmbH & Co.
	Due to business expansion, Osaka Office was moved to Osaka Chowa Bldg. Established pharmaceutical laboratory "Pharma Techno Lab."Started import and distribution of water-soluble cutting fluids and additives from Polartech Ltd., England.
	Signed a sales agent agreement with Ecolab K.K., a Japanese affiliate of Ecolab Inc.,U.S.A.Started import and distribution of gelatin by Geltech Co., Ltd., Korea.


	Signed a sales agent agreement with DEC, Switzerland for distribution of the powder transfer system. Higuchi (China) Ind. Ltd. obtained ISO9001.
	Started distribution of the Taste Sensing System of Intelligent Sensor Technology, Inc.
	Signed a sales agent agreement with Nu-Mega Ingredientspty Ltd., Australia and began distribution of Omega-3(DHA).
	Signed a sole agency agreement with DeoAdd V. GmbH (renamed D.O.G.Deutsche Oelfabrik in 2006), Germany and started distribution of industrial lubricant additives.
	Relocated Osaka Branch to Naniwasuji Bldg. adjacent to Utsubo Park on the occasion of opening a Laboratory Showroom.
	Started distribution of galenIQ (reduced palatinose as pharmaceutical excipient )of Palatinit GmbH, Germany.
	Entered into an agency agreement with Meggle Japan Co., Ltd.
	Established Scienctific Instrumentation Group. Signed a sales agent agreement with Varian Technologies Japan Limited.
	Dalian liason office and Los Angeles office were established.
	DEC House was established. Head office (Tokyo) and Scientific Instrument Group (Chiba) were relocated to the Taiyo-Seimei Bldg in Kohnan, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
